INTENDED USE: The quantitative determination of Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) and Unconjugated Estriol (uE3) concentrations in human serum or plasma by a Microplate Chemiliuminescense Immunoassay (CLIA).
PRODUCT OVERVIEW: VAST Fertility Panel is a single kit for estimation of HCG, PRL, LH and FSH. VAST Fertility kit enables the user to perform 4 different analytes from a single kit. VAST kit offers wider measuring range of the calibration curve to 1,000 mIU/ml for hCG and for PRL to 250 ng/ml to minimize or eliminate high-dose hook effect. This is valuable for molar pregnancies and other populations. Fertility VAST panel kit uses combination calibrators to deliver dramatic flexibility and cost efficiency to clinical laboratories. Development of VAST based immunoassays for multiple parameters has re-defined immunoassays and made quantitative estimation possible for many analytes.  It offers a variety of pack sizes to suit individual needs, larger shelf life and affordable cost per test. VAST has revolutionized the immunoassay industry by offering true democracy for the user.
